Anybodies know how to convert an older input file .inp not organized as an assembly of parts and instances into a current input.file?

Please consider that the old input file contains keywords like:

*initialconditions, type=STRESS

*initialconditions, type=HARDENING

My true question is I have to use the final state of the job as initial state in a subsequent job.

I continue to obtain the Error:

***ERROR: The restart (.res) and results (.fil) files are not organized as an

           assembly of part instances. Therefore, some options that read data

           from these files currently cannot be used in models defined in terms

           of an assembly of part instances. IMPORT is one of them.
