I have partwise temperature contour predicted from standard coupled thermal electric analysis (image 2). In subsequent explicit temperature displacement analysis this temperature contour is applied using predefined field option (image 1). Meshes are dissimilar for obvious reason.
Problem is - part 1 bottom node temperature is getting applied to part to top surface nodes, I need tolerance only in xy plane. how to limit tolerance in z direction? please check attached images.
I have heard temperature tolerance can be controlled through python script? is this possible? if yes, could you please suggest keywords.
