exists same number of files limits for substructures or generaly in Abaqus?

I try solve the model with 163 same substructures, which one substructure include 14 sub-substructures. When I run job during the preprocesing is created (2445 groups of files (*.odb *.prt *.stt *.mdl). One bundle of this four files for one substructure.

But when start the solver, it fail with Error: Unable to open the file

And in my analysis directory then exist only 2445+1 *.odb files, but only 1001 bundles of *.prt, *.mdl and *.stt files. The others disappears (are deleted).
