Hi All,

I am modelling a structure in ABAQUS CAE. It has about 2 Mil degrees of freedom, but I am interested in the responses at only a few locations. I have substructured the model to have an appropriate recovery matrix. However, when I run an analysis with the substructure (~3000DOFs) and try to view the strain field outputs, I get an error message saying "The selected Primary Variable is not available in the current frame for any elements in the current display group". The funny thing is that I am able to view the displacement field without any issues. It is just the stresses and strains that are not available. Any thoughts on what might be causing this? The loads are hydrostatic loads on both faces that have been included during substructure generation.
