Hello everybody!

I have completed a Finite Element Analysis and one of the results i am able to visualise is the 'Contact Shear stress'. However, I get it in direction 1 and 2 but I am not able to understand which direction is which. I know they must be perpendicular (probably in the direction of the robot's axis) and in the plane of the face where they are represented, but i do not know which is which. Is there a convention in 3DX that I don't know about or a way to figure it out?

If it helps, the forces exerted on the part are a vertical force going down and a torque in the axis of the rings of the part (pictures). Picture 1 is what 3DX says is direction 1, and picture 2 is direction 2 results.
