Hello, I am doing a static analysis using cohesive elements to model the delamination. The geometry is very simple, two rectangular blocks connected with a cohesive element layer. The load is applied in two steps. At first step, centrifugal load is applied. At the second step bending moments are applied. Since I would like to include the stiffness effect due to the CF load, I need to perform the analysis with NLGEOM On.
At first step, the analysis is converged. However, at the second step I could not get a solution. It simply does not converge.
When I closed the NLGEOM, a solution is obtained. However, it is not the solution I want.
If anyone could provide me some tips to solve the problem, I would be very appreciated.
