Hello! I'm trying to simulate heat convection from air to a metal surface using surface film interaction. The temperature of air changes in time following a given curve. To that extent I have to define sink temperature and sink amplitude. I would appreciate your help regarding the following questions:

1.What does sink temperature represent?

2.The curve of temperature changing in time should be filled as a given amplitude in sink amplitude?
