Hi!

I'll ask in this community as it is driving me crazy. I am doing a thermal transfer simulation and keep getting the same error each time I simulate. I have made a simple structure just to see that the problem wasn't the model itself, and it isn't. I get the same error with a simple structure of two cylinders touching each other on the base and applying a heat flux on one side (attached is a picture of the model). The problem that always come up is the following: "Solver problem. Singularity when processing node 3200 d.O.F. 11 ratio...". 

I would greatly appreciate if somebody could help me.
