Hi Everyone,

I am simulating a Die and casting interface to model the impact of Heat transfer coefficient on cooling rates.

What should I do so that the casting reaches a solidification temperature of 540 degree celsius ?

Should I keep on increasing the Step Time until the casting reaches a solidification state or shall I use the temperature distribution of one model as the input file to another model until the solidification temperature is used?

I could not understand what should I keep the step time in the cycle ?

Please can anyone help me.
