Hello Simpack community,

I'm trying to generate my own rotorblade using the rotorblade generator feature on SIMPACK, while taking in reference the NREL-MW Blade structural properties. I assume that the Basic blade model in the example of the 5-MW wind turbine is modelled taking in reference the NREL-5MW documentation. Although there seems to be some approximation and differences with the NREL 5-MW model in the structural properties such as number of nodes, mass/length, flap/edge stiffness etc.

I tried to use the same number of nodes and assign the same structural properties as the document on my SIMPACK blade, the only confusion I have is the chord length. How to calculate or assign the correct chord length on each element after increasing the number of station id(nodes) in the Blade input files?
