Is there any mailing list or anything similar, where I could get an information when a new release or level/fixpack of Simpack is released, and this email could include release notes as well?

Currently I'm just manually checking it from download platform. And if I want to see the release notes of each new version, it is mandatory to download the whole installation file (1.7GB) to see release notes, although many times these corrections are so small, that updating is not necessary.
