Hello Simpack Developers,

I'm modeling the 15-MW Wind turbine on SIMPACK based on IEA-15-MW wind turbine documents. I have all the structural components assembled but I'm facing difficulties with the control elements, specially the blade pitch actuator. I'm referring to the 5-MW reference model provided in the learning module, in this model the pitch torque is calculated using a transfer function. I need to understand this parameters, to update it for the 15 MW Wind turbine 

The transfer function uses a By Polynomial complex expression with a single degree polynomial and unknown coefficients. How did the developers compute these coefficient values? Please see snapshot of the transfer function below. Any kind of help would be highly appreciable, as it's crucial for my thesis.
