I am looking for a kind of Simpack FlexTrack Tutorial.
I've been working with the software for a few years now and already created different types of railway dynamic models (3D, 2D, SIMBEAM, etc.). My next plan is to have a rigid vehicle running on flexible rails. Based on the Simpack Documentation, it seems appropriate to use the FlexTrack Module. I understand that it is necessary to create a FEM model of the rails, e.g. using ANSYS, and a MBS model of the vehicle for that. What I don't fully get from the documentation is how to bring both model parts together in Simpack Preprocessor next. Does anyone have instructions, valuable papers, video tutorials, or anything else that helps me to better understand the necessary modelling steps?
