I am working with Simpack model having linear flexible bodies(fbi) created from ANSYS.

When I open/solving the model in my machine there are no warning/info in the message log. But with the same my colleagues get the below info and warning messages in log.

"INFO: Calculate matrices of Flexible Body \\\$B_Housing.
WARNING: The mass matrix of \\\$B_Housing has a condition of 1.063e+10, this may return incorrect eigenmode frequencies and shapes.”

Could you please help/ connect with support team, to figure out if there are any error and also to know why I am not able to see these messages while my colleagues gets?
