I would like to know in detail about Result Averaging in Abaqus Post processing. (difference between 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%)

Whether it is the average value between two integration points?

I also would like to know the benefits of it?

I tried with a simple cantilever beam with different mesh size & different load values, but its not clear to me.

Kindly clarify as I am new to Abaqus.
