Hello Simulia Community,

1. I successfully ran a durability study and was trying to view the results. The system was trying to refresh to obtain the results. This went on for 20mins. I forced it to stop. It did not let me redo the sim or view the results after I stopped the refresh.
2. I selected "Global refresh" from the action bar and let it run for a while. It crashed and I had to open it again.
3. I got the below error when I opened it again

4. When I close and open it again, I get the below incident report;

 Could you please let me know how I get out of this? 

• The model was in step format and I did not edit it in any way.
• How to I refresh it from the VPM editor? Will it make the problem go away?
