Radial expansion/contraction of part

Hello, is there a way to model radial expansion/contraction of a part (i.e. make a part expand/contract radially during a step) during a coupled pore fluid diffusion/stress analysis in Abaqus 6.14? In particular, I would like to to model a sphere that (radially) expands and contracts according to some prescribed radius-time function. One method I found via the documentation (see "About surface-based fluid cavities") was to potentially model a sphere as a surface-based fluid cavity and modify the internal pressure in order to vary its size, however this method cannot be used during coupled pore fluid diffusion/stress analysis. Note that the scale of expansion/contraction required is nontrivial, with up to 300% increase in radius. Are there any other methods that may accomplish this?
