Hi. I have recently faced a problem with Abaqus 2017 and 2018 which I have never had with previous versions of Abaqus. 

For some strange reason, Abaqus/CAE does not allow for selecting nodes, individual/surface/edge, in prepocessor and postprocessor for instance for applying boundary conditions or getting results. 
I tried this on very small models to make sure it is not a limitation on the graphical card. 

Will be grateful for any advice!
