I am seeking help for the Workshop 2 “Linear Flextrack” in this Learning Module. Simpack 2026x.1 crashed down when I follow the instruction of the slides. I hope you can help me find out, where is the problem and how to deal with it.

The process is as follows: 

At first, I transformed the given .sim data to .fbi and imported the .fbi data as Linear Flextrack in Simpack, following the instruction. 

Then, the slides says that I need to create a new Marker for Flextrack, but when I tried to do it, there is error exist with the content (as following picture shows). Despite the slide shows, I need to ignore the error and setting the new Markers for position of the Flextrack. But the menu for new Marker isn’t there, so I can’t make any changes or continue doing anything. After that there are errors every few seconds, especially also when I want to open the setting menu of the new marker.
