Pressure load on varying surface

Hello,

I'm trying to analyze a tire in Abaqus but the the results are not as expected. The tire is bulit ap with hyperelastic materials and reinforcements. I applied a uniform pressure load of 200 kPa (general, static step) on the inner liner surface of the tire but after deformation the acting pressure is lower than 200kPa and dependent on the node position on the inner liner. This behaviour makes sense from a physical viewpoint since the pressure is applied on the undeformed shape initially . My question is: How is it possible to define a uniform pressure load on a curved, deformed surface. The aim is to pressurize the tire with uniformly 200 kPa on the inner surface, so the 200kPa should be present after deformation. Is there a useful subroutine or any other way?
