Would anyone know how I can create partition in a brain model (imported as an orphan mesh)? I have tried partitioning face+cell and partitioning with a shell object using the merge/Cut tool in Assembly mode. Either way, Abaqus tells me unable to partition instance/create partition. Any ideas if this is even possible?
