In Abaqus/CAE 2022, I have ran a substructure analysis and have the odb files loaded into an Overlay Plot. The coordinate system of the instances are changed to some isometric from orthogonal to the global coordinate system. However, when I combine the odb files, the resultant positioning of the instances are back into their orthogonal assembly coordinate system. I can't find a way to get the coordinate system position of the instances aligned back to the assembly placement when using an Overlay Plot. The left viewport is the Overly Plot and the right is the combined odb.
