Obtaining radial and hoop displacements and strains from cartesian components in a x-y-z symmetric analysis of a thick cylinder

Hi, I am simulating a shrink-fitted closed thick cylinder subjected to internal pressure as a 3D solid structural problem. I am using 1/8th of the geometry of the cylinder, exploiting the x-, y-, and z-symmetries of the axi-symmetric phenomenon. I am getting satisfactory displacement distribution as expected in x, y, and z directions as U1, U2, and U3. However, I want to plot the through-thickness radial distribution of displacement, strain, and stress. Could someone please advise on how to get these radial components from the U1, U2, and U3 estimated by Abaqus?
