Molten metal droplet fragmentation

I am making a simulation of a molten metal droplet that impacts a substrate. I am using a Coupled euelerian lagrangian approach (an eulerian mesh for the droplet and a lagrangian mesh for the substrate). To model the material behaviour I use an equation of state (EOS) and the viscosity of my metal. I have changed several times the size of my eulerian mesh and the volume fraction (for visualization) but my droplet breaks up in multiple pieces. Is ther any numerical hack that I can use for avoiding this? Or is it because the physical model is incomplete and I should introduce a physical property as surface tension ? Is there a way to reproduce surface tension in Abaqus ?
