Hello everybody,

I have a problem when I try to run a modal analysis (frequency step with 10 eigenvalues) of my model in the 3DExperience platform. I get the following error message: "Three factorizations in a row failed. Check the model. It is possible that the model contains the kinematic coupling definition set up in a way that a degree of freedom has neither mass nor stiffness".

However, I do not have any kinematic coupling in my model (in terms of connexions, I only have a distributing coupling and several tie connexions) and I launched several jobs with static steps and different loads and it worked perfectly fine.

Does anybody already had that same problem or knows why this is happening?
