I'm  using homtools to aaply periodic boundary conditions on a unitary cell that is representative of a composite material (with fibers in one direction). the

mesh we have created is partitioned and it seems to be symmetric, but when I try to apply the periodic b.c. I get the error message "mesh

periodicity required". Do you have any idea to help me with this?
