Maintaining Imported Geostatic Stress Equilibrium in Abaqus/Explicit CEL Analysis

I imported the initial stress field from an Abaqus/Standard geostatic analysis into an Abaqus/Explicit CEL model. However, when I start the CEL analysis, the imported stress field changes significantly and is no longer in equilibrium. I understand that Abaqus/Explicit is a dynamic solver, so some stress redistribution is expected. Nevertheless, the magnitude of the stress changes is much larger than anticipated.

The imported stress field was generated under the combined effects of gravity and additional loads, such as element-wise seepage forces. While gravity can be reapplied in the CEL model, the seepage forces cannot be directly prescribed on an element-by-element basis using the available loading options in Abaqus/Explicit CEL. As a result, the external loads in the CEL model do not match those that produced the original equilibrium stress state in Abaqus/Standard.

Is there any method to preserve or "lock" the imported stress field in Abaqus/Explicit CEL so that it remains in equilibrium during the initial stage of the analysis? Alternatively, is there a recommended approach for maintaining the imported geostatic stress state when some of the original loading conditions, such as spatially varying seepage forces, cannot be directly reproduced in the CEL model?
