My work is in ABAQUS. Its an axisymmetric model in which rubber and steel is sandwiched. A uniform pressure is applied on the steel which is the top most layer. Beneath it is the rubber layer. I have tried using tie constraint and contact pair method for interaction to the limit of my knowledge. But I am not able to get the load transferred from steel to the rubber. Please help me with this....
