I am working on simulating an inclined model tailored for additive manufacturing processes. However, I'm encountering a persistent issue during the meshing phase. Despite adjusting for smaller-sized elements, I am unable to successfully segment the model into distinct layers, which is crucial for accurate simulation of the printing process.

Has anyone faced similar challenges or does anyone have experience with constraining the mesh to create a layerwise structure in such scenarios? Any tips on settings or techniques that could help achieve a layer-by-layer mesh would be greatly appreciated.
