Hello all, I am modeling single point cutting of a diamond tool on AL6061. I have the model setup,however it keeps failing because of excessive distortion. I took all my values for the JC damage model from published literature, however I would like to check them here with people that have modeled using AL6061. I am using SI units (m,kg,Pa,...etc). Also I am applying rigid body constraint on the tool.
