Issue with Fe-Safe Log Functionality – Corrected Stress-Strain Data Missing

We are currently facing an issue with the Fe-Safe log functionality, which has become a significant bottleneck for our automation tool development.

Our requirement is to log the corrected stress–strain data during a Fe-Safe run. We have tested this behavior on both Fe-Safe 2020 and Fe-Safe 2020 HF7, using the following settings:

  • Export → “List of Items” tab: ALL

  • Export → “Log for Items” tab:
“Cycle-life table for critical table” option enabled

Under normal expectations, the log file should report corrected stress–strain data for all damaged nodes. However, we have observed the following issues:

  1. Some damaged nodes are not reported at all in the log file.

  2. Some nodes are reported even though no damage is present, and in these cases, the corrected stress data is missing — which appears to be incorrect behavior and possibly a defect.

Our requirement is to obtain a reliable log file that consistently reports corrected stress–strain data for all damaged nodes.

Could anyone please advise whether this behavior is expected, configuration-related, or a known issue?
