I am using abaqus2022, vs2022, Intel oneAPI Base Toolkit 2024.2.0  and Intel HPC toolkit 2024.2.0 on Windows 10 Education. 
After following many installation guides and multiple installing and uninstalling I still get the error on user subroutines verification.
