Opening apps such as Fluid Model Creation, Fluid Scenario, and more is currently not possible. I am encountering the following message: "IYR - 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer for Students" cannot be utilized due to unauthorized prerequisites, namely the requirement of "IWR - Collaborative 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer for Students Extension" (IWR_PR).

A month without being able to use it after I paid.

Can anyone from the community help me? Dassault support has not been doing their job.
