I installed version 2024 of the Simulia learning version. I tried to execute CAE. There are no executable s!! Error I get is Abaqus Error: Abaqus/CAE Kernel exited with an error.

I have windows 11. Is windows preventing the proper install of Abaqus? 

Need help on this one.  I tried everything
