Hi,

I am simulating a dynamic process (forming) in ABAQUS V14 using dynamic Disp Temp explicit in step.I defined everything necessary to run the model, for thermal property part I included conductivity, specific heat,initial temperature and inelastic heat fraction. It seems like model is working fine but I am really confused because it is saying "*inelastic heat fraction and *specific heat are only used in an adiabatic analysis and a coupled temperature-displacement analysis". So specific heat and inelastic heat fraction can not be used in dynamic disp temp explicit analysis? Did anyone work with this before?

Any help will be highly appreciated.
