Hello All,

I have a model geometry which has been created in solidworks, I am now trying to import the model to Abaqus, the model contains one Solid feature and two surfaces which will be assigned a shell feature. However when importing the model as .igs .step etc I am required to select a feature type solid, shell, wire is there any way to get round this as the geomtry will not import properly if only one of those types is selected.

Alternativley I  have been able to import this into ansys workbench without difficulty so if there was a way of opening a workbench file in abaqus that may be equally usefull.
