Import Problem of Thin Parts from Catia V5 to Abaqus 2018

Hello,

I am trying to do a ply-by-ply delamination analysis using cohesive interaction. I modeled the plies separately in Catia V5. I used sometimes very small angles like 0.25 degrees to give the required slope. When I imported the part to Abaqus 2018, plies are seen as distorted and the shape I want to give them does not seem correct.

I attached the figures below, first one is on Catia, the other is on Abaqus. There is a gap between the plies that actually does not exist in the Catia model. I tried to import the plies using both the .step and .catpart, however the problem continued. I also measured the coordinates of some points on the lines to see if it is a visual problem; however, the coordinates are different and there seems a real gap on Abaqus.

Is there any solution to this problem? Is this a tolerance problem?

Thank you in advance
