I am new to Abaqus but have been able to quickly learn one or two things. I made this model which is attached here. I am impacting a small woven fabric with a small spherical impactor traveling at 200m/s. The woven fabric was imported from TEXGEN, and I was able to manipulate the geometry to modify the mesh. After everything was put in place, the model completed without any error but when I checked the result, it appears nothing happened. ABAQUS RETURNED MY MODEL without doing anything to it...

You can run the cae preferably, and do the assembly to bring the projectile instance to the woven fabric
