I'm modelling with Clay Plasticity property in Abaqus, but the model is getting aborted due to convergence issues. So i would like to know what are the step (solvers like dynamic implicit, static general, etc.) to be used after Geostatic step and mesh elements to be adopted for Clay Plasticity properties in Abaqus to eliminate the convergence issues while designing the rigid plate resting on soil mass .
I would be glab to hear the reply. Also if someone knows how to model the soil mass by Clay Plasticity properties, please guide me. Thanking you.
