How to model CFRP bars in ABAQUS?

I should model a reinforced concrete beam with longitudinal internal Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer bars (CFRP bars) instead of longitudinal steel bars, but I do not know how to define material properties of FRP bars in ABAQUS CAE. They have linear elastic behavior until failure. I have just this material properties of CFRP:  tensile strength, tensile strain, elastic modulus, poisson's ratio and density.

I had defined that with this properties in ''Edit material'' part:

Density of CFRP (

Elastic (Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio)

Plastic (yield stress and plastic strain)

and I had entered its tensile strength as yield stress and zero as plastic strain (because it behaves linear elastic and it does not have any plastic part), but it does not work with this definition and it acts too poor in comparison with experimental results. It should be stronger than steel and behave better but with this material definition it behaves really worsen than steel bars. (Tensile strength of CFRP is 1500 MPa, tensile strain is 1.2% and Elastic modulus is 114 GPa)

How should FRP bars be modeled in ABAQUS CAE?

Also another question is about the Load-Deflection graph. I have modeled a High Strength Concrete (HSC) beam reinforced with steel and I have extracted load-deflection graph of mid-span but the graph is not smooth at all and that model with normal concrete has a smooth load-deflection graph, what is the problem?
