I am trying to solve a problem on high twisting of hyper-elastic material in Abaqus-2017.

I need to draw a plot between displacement of a node and norm of the equivalent nodal force.

In the field output manager I found NFORC, nodal forces due to element stresses. If I select that checkbox, in the output abaqus is giving NFORC1, NFORC2 and NFORC3 but I am not sure whether those are the nodal forces I am looking for. Can anyone confirm whether I am right or wrong.?
