I have an imported 3D cylindrical mesh without a geometry.
I have a reference node that my mesh does rotational displacement around. Basically, the cylinder is being held in place at the bottom and twisted around the reference node. So far, I am able to get the reaction moment from that node.
However, I am also interested in individuals sections of the mesh. There are four sections to this cylinder and I want to see how each section of mesh contributes to the reaction moment. I am not sure how to get reaction moment contribution by section without a geometry/surface.
Does anyone have experience or advice in getting region specific contributions to a reaction moment of a reference point?
