Hi Everyone,

I need to add an additional component to my assembly starting only in the second step of my Abaqus/standard model, this new part is connected with tie contacts to the original assembly. I initially considered using *Model Change, but it doesn't support tie contacts, and I also looked into *IMPORT, but it doesn’t support the S4 elements I’m using.

Any suggestions on how to introduce a new part in the second step?
