Files generated during substructure generation

Hello Everyone,
I am doing a tutorial from abaqus manual on "Analysis of rotating fan using substructure". The manual says that when i run the fansubstr_gen3.inp, it should generate .sup, .sim, .prt, .mdl, .stt, and .odb. But .sup file is not getting generated for me. Could someone please help me with thisAbaqusAbaqus CAEsubstructure
