fe-safe - Endurica, Rubber's Aging

Hello Rubber's Experts,

I have a doubt regarding the simulation of a fatigue scenario that involves a rubber and how to consider its aging. I'm going to use fe-safe and its plugin Endurica

The component to analyze is a rubber bushing under cyclic loads (see the image below); aside from the axial load, it could be subject to lateral and also torsional loads.

I would like to take in account the aging of the rubber in the life prediction of the component, as after some time mechanical properties are going to be degraded.

My basic idea is to get the hyperelastic properties using the Simple Tension, Planar tension and Equivalent Biaxial at different stages of the aging condition. In this way I should get an idea of the kind of degradation the rubber is going to face.

I suppose, I should perform the test at different strains, as also the entity of the maximum strain is going to influence the rubber behavior. The effect of the rubber softening due to the maximum strain should be taken in account by the Mullins Effect on Abaqus.

My doubt is to understand which is the right material properties or parameters that I need to define inside Abaqus/Fe-safe to take in account the aging phenomena during the cycles. I don't think I can use the Mullins Effects, as the softening is due to the Maximum Stain of the rubber.

Once the right properties is identified, my other issue is to understand which experimental tests have to be performed in order to measure it.

Thanks for any suggestion you are able to provide.
