Hello Community,
I have extended an UMAT with properties, which I saved in the SDV(3)-Parameter for every integration point.
Everything works and at the end every integration point got his right SDV(3)-value.
But when i display the SDV(3)-values in Abaqus CAE or the Viewer, they show me a much higher range of values, than there really is. (see attached picture)
I selected an element where the lowest value should be (+7,88 according to the Abaqus Viewer Legend - dark blue spot), but even the element information at this point said, that the lowest value is +19,60.
I also checked all other SDV(3)-values and there is no value lower than +19,00 or greater than +41,00 (greatest value from the Abaqus Viewer Legend is +49,98 which doesn't exist).
So my question is, how does Abaqus Viewer got this values?
I understand that it must maybe interpolate between the real values, to show the colormap, but how can it be, that the shown values are so much lower/higher than the real values?
(I turned averaging in the result -> options off and used the CPE8 element type for all elements)
