I have a question with regards to Linear Perturbation(Frequency) step in Abaqus.

While running a program through abaqus noGUI (through command prompt), is there a way to extract the Images of eigen modes from the odb file(into perhaps a text or Excel file)?

Is there a function to do that? It would save me a lot of time if I could readily have a file which Shows the eigen modes present in the given frequency range
