I am modeling a series of connected concrete plates using S4R elements in abaqus and i would like to obtain the mass matrix of the individual plates.  I have tried ELEMENT MATRIX OUTPUT as part of a FREQUENCY step, but the data file contains the error:  unknown assembly set " elset_name" .  I used the same element sets to assign sections to the plates so i am a little puzzled by this error message.
