Eigenvalue analysis with LANCZOS

Hi all.
I am doing eigenvalue analysis in Abaqus with the following settings.
In actual measurement, the phenomenon is that I can find some eigenvalues in the range up to 0.3MHz.

*FREQUENCY, EIGENSOLVER=LANCZOS, ACOUSTIC COUPLING=ON, PROPERTY EVALUATION=0.15, SIM=NO
110, -0.01, 0.3, -0.1

However, I'm having trouble completing this calculation step.
According to *.msg, it can't find the eigenvalue within the search range of the set frequency. Sometimes the calculation passes by changing the mesh size, but not for all models.

My questions are, in general terms
 1. Is there a theoretically determined mesh size that I can use?
 2. Are there any other parameters that should be adjusted besides the mesh size?
