My model is consists of one single spherical nanoparticle (diameter 5nm) embedded into a cubic unit cell of dimensions 20nm*20nm*20nm. Is it possible to find the effective elastic, piezoelectric, dielectric properties of this unit cell composite in Abaqus, as Abaqus doesn't take into consideration the size effect at the nanoscale. And when I put the material properties for the nanoparticle or the matrix what unit should I use, as normally in literature the elastic coefficients are given in GPa, piezoelectric coefficients C/m2, dielectric coefficients F/m.
